Sports Specific

What are Sports Specific sessions?

Sports Specific sessions focus on enhancing critical aspects of the chosen sport that regular training does not cover. This includes injury prevention via reducing any bilateral muscular discrepancies and specific strength training. Each session is highly tailored and designed with the sport in mind.

Take your training to the next level

You cannot expect to get results in your sport if you do not put in the work behind the scenes. There is a lot of work that goes into building a well rounded athlete and whilst most athletes train for their chosen sport, they fail to create the physiological foundations necessary to excel.


That's where sports specific sessions come in.


By building solid foundations specific to the chosen sport, athletes of any level can enhance their craft. Whether it is via:

  • Strength training specific to the muscles needed not only for their sport, but their particular position,
  • Focusing on stability and injury prevention or;
  • Simply increasing speed and explosive power
